LOCATION: O'Leno State Park is located on U.S. 441, six miles north of High Springs or about 18 miles south of Lake City.

ACTIVITIES: Recreational activities include swimming, canoeing, fishing and hiking.

FACILITIES: A group camp with 18 cabins, a dining hall and kitchen is available for groups. A youth camping area and canoe rental is available. Contact the park for fees and restrictions.

FEES: From October 1 to February 28, fees are $8 per day per site plus $.50 per day for each extra person. From March 1 to September 30, fees are $13 per day per site plus $.50 per day for each extra person.

SITE: The Santa Fe River, a tributary of the Suwannee River, disappears and flows underground for more than three miles before it again becomes a surface stream within O'Leno State Park.
