LOCATION: Take I-20 exit #49 into Rutledge and proceed 2 miles on Fairplay Road to the park.
ACTIVITIES: Activities include camping, fishing, canoeing, horse back riding, and golf.
FACILITIES: The site includes 2 Lakes, 2 Group Shelters, 2 Group Camps, Horse Stables, Picnic Shelters, Museum and a Nature Trail

SITE: For the finest in public golf, try one of the most
challenging 18-hole courses in the Southeast, located at Hard Labor Creek State Park.
Named after a stream that cuts through the park, it's believed the name was applied by
slaves who tilled the fields in summer or Indians who found the stream difficult to ford.
